PP travel bag is made of polypropylene (PP) material. Its unique manufacturing process first melts PP particles into thick liquid at high temperature, then injects them into a special mold, and quickly solidifies and forms a strong and lightweight box structure through a cooling system.

Product features

Durable
PP travel bag is made of high-density polypropylene material with a tensile strength of up to 60MPa, 30% higher than ordinary nylon bags. The product life is expected to be up to 5 years, 50% longer than traditional travel bags.

The 20-inch PP travel bag weighs only 2.2kg, making it easy to carry and reducing the burden of travel.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The PP travel bag has an acid and alkali resistance of 98% and can resist corrosion from 5% HCl/NaOH solution. The box will not be corroded or damaged by contact with acidic and alkaline substances.
